In Regards to Shipping Addresses and Shipping
If you pay by your credit card, the address you supply us and the address on your credit card billing statement must match. We will not ship to any other address other than the correct address associated with your credit card. All orders are packaged as securely as we can make them. All orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. (United States Postal Service). We ship to the United States of America (including Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii). We offer flat rate shipping. Shipping with a Delivery Confirmation $9.60. Your order will be shipped out after processing. Processing can take anywhere from one (1) - fifteen (15) business days depending on how you paid, what you ordered and the quantity of the items ordered.

Typographical Errors
In the case there is an error in the price of an item or in the item's description we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders. If your order is completed and you have already paid for the item we will issue you a refund.

Prices and Sales Tax
Prices are subject to change without notice. We charge Massachusetts tax on any orders delivered to a Massachusetts address. Customers not from Massachusetts are responsible for their own sales tax and other taxes required by your state.

Return Policy
You may return or exchange almost any unopened or unused item for any reason within 7 days of receiving your order. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. If you send us any item without an RMA number you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of your order total before shipping and tax. Any item that you return to us must be unopened and in their original salable condition. If your order is returned to us because the package was unclaimed or undeliverable, you will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of your order total before taxes or shipping fees. You are responsible for any shipping fees on returned merchandise.

Back Orders and Discontinued Items

Payments
All payments must be in U.S.D. (United States Dollars). You can pay by a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Google Checkout or Pay Pal. If you pay by a Visa or MasterCard and your credit card is contested you will be charged a fee of no less than $35.00. All payments must be received by us within 7 business days from the date your order was placed. If your payment does not meet the deadline we will cancel your order. If ordering by mail we will take all of the above payments plus a money order, cash (USD) or a cashiers check.
